About
Brandon Gillespie takes on the titles of graphic designer, writer, and multimedia personality, but the role of “life analyzer” best describes what he does well every day. From writing articles about restaurants and relationships; to motivating friends, family, and even strangers to live better lives, Brandon has always been eager to share with others his life’s adventures, observations, and all the good things that life has to offer.
As a Lifestyle/Relationship Coach and a Counselor in training, Brandon loves to encourage and motivate people to live better lives.
Brandon has been working in media technically since he was a kid– if you count his makeshift radio show in grade school, and later his bustling neighborhood “television news network” in middle school.
His love of broadcasting was cemented at the age of 12 while participating in a 12-week journalism workshop created by the Dallas chapter of the National Association of Black Journalists. As one of the program’s youngest students, Brandon was exposed to media professionals and mentors who taught him the standards and practices of journalism.
After graduating high school, Brandon continued his passion for broadcasting and communication at the University of North Texas. There, he performed several roles including work as a weather and news anchor for the college television and radio station, and a weekly advice columnist for the campus newspaper.
While in college, he also trained at the local NBC Owned and Operated station as a news and graphics intern. Additionally, he worked and trained with Radio One Dallas in the marketing/promotions department.
Through The Brandon Show and other avenues, Brandon wants to help people laugh more and support people in taking steps to live better lives. After all, life is about living to the fullest. Join Brandon for the everyday adventure to Live, Love and Laugh Out Loud.
